Conventional steel guide rails are also responsible for excessive wear of rolls and links, especially in applications without sufficient lubrication. In order to eliminate this problem we can offer the plastic guide rails with high abrasion resistance. Their application enables good chain running and supporting as well as vibration protection. Additional benefits of using plastic guide rails include: decreased noise level and better roll sliding without noticeable wearing despite the lack of lubrication and one side load.
